Terms of Service

Cleaning service policies, access terms, and your rights as our client

Website Usage

This website is provided by Sparkle Pro Cleaning for informational purposes about our cleaning services, pricing, and policies. By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Home Access & Security

When you provide us with access to your property — whether through a key, garage code, alarm instructions, or other means — you are authorizing Sparkle Pro Cleaning and its team members to enter your property solely for the purpose of providing the scheduled cleaning service.

We are a licensed and insured cleaning service. Our cleaning professionals undergo background checks and are trained in professional cleaning techniques. We carry general liability insurance to cover property damage that may occur during our service. In the unlikely event of any damage, we ask that you report it within 24 hours of service completion so we can address it promptly with our insurance provider.

  • Access information is shared only with team members assigned to your specific appointment.
  • We will not enter your property on any date or time outside your scheduled service window without explicit authorization.
  • You may change or revoke access credentials at any time by contacting us directly.
  • Physical keys are tagged only with a reference code — no personal identifying information is attached to the key itself.

Damage Liability

We carry comprehensive general liability insurance that covers property damage that may occur during our cleaning service. In the unlikely event of any damage:

  • Report any discovered damage within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will assess the reported damage and initiate a claim with our insurance provider if appropriate.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, items of exceptional value not disclosed in advance, or damage resulting from improper storage of fragile items.
  • For items of significant or sentimental value, we recommend securing them before service.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand that life is unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team members:

  • Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice — no charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Same-day cancellations (within 4 hours of service) may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
  • We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
  • Recurring clients who repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours' notice may be required to provide a deposit for future bookings.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every clean we deliver. If any area of your home does not meet the standard you expected:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your service completion.
  • We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) of concern at no additional charge.
  • The re-clean covers reasonable cleaning concerns within our scope of service. It does not cover items outside our service scope (such as organizing, hoarding-level cleanup, or structural issues).
  • Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns, please reach out — we want to make it right.

Service Scope & Limitations

Our cleaning team is trained in professional residential and commercial cleaning. Please note the following service scope considerations:

  • We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless pre-arranged.
  • Exterior cleaning (windows, patios, driveways) is not included unless specifically booked.
  • Hoarding-level cleanup, biohazard cleanup, or extreme condition cleaning requires a specialized assessment and separate quote.
  • We ask that pets be secured or kept away from cleaning areas during service for the safety of both your pet and our team.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Sparkle Pro Cleaning unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Sparkle Pro Cleaning be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of TN, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
